Shipping
Most orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service
(UPS). Tracking information for drop-shipped items will not
be immediately available since they are shipped from separate
locations. Please allow 7 business days before contacting
us for tracking information for drop-shipped items.
Shipments to PO Boxes and some rural routes will be shipped via
United States Postal Service (USPS) mail. Some drop-shipped
items may not be deliverable to a PO Box. We will contact
you for a physical address in those cases. Shipments sent
via USPS are not trackable.
Please ensure that
your shipping address is 100% correct. The customer may be
responsible for any address correction and/or re-shipping
fees due to a wrong or incomplete address.
At this time, OccupationGifts.com items are only available within the continental US.
Express
Shipping
We can offer any of the UPS express shipping options available for your area including Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select. These options cannot be chosen online so please give us a call at 1-800-378-6286 (9 AM - 5 PM EST Monday-Friday) to inquire about or place an order with express shipping. PLEASE NOTE: Personalized and drop-shipped items cannot be expressed due to processing and some manufacturing times. We cannot speed up the delivery for those items.
